Small request regarding query results.

I have small request with hopefully an easy? fix.
Could you perhaps make it possible to not be having to select text, icon and Location on the default operation in a query result?
I would like to show for example a list of RegualUser.LoginName in a one column query result and have the LoginNames displayed behave like the default operation,(would be view OB in another panel in this case) without text, icon columns buttons etc.
Would like to have it behave just like a link.

Is there a possible workaround using a custom query result?
Have tried but haven't got it to work for me..

If you click "default" on the Query Operation, the entire line of the query will be clickable. The Operation specified will run when an attribute in the query is clicked.

Yea i know but getting it in a single column table without the view text, icon or a button and still being the default operation is problematic?
Its tough to explain what im after :?

I have all my grids set up as you are asking for b/c I dislike seeing more than 1 button per task. It's been a while since I did it but I think you just need to set the following...

Edit = default operation
Location all unchecked except 'next to item'
Display Text: unchecked
Display Icon: Unchecked

But that will still leave a default colored link (a sweet shade of purple in IE!) so to Set the grid link color to black

C:\AwareIM\Tomcat\webapps\AwareIM\aware_ext\resources\css\blue.css
FIND ‘.aw-grid-link’
ADD ‘color:#000000;’

You will need to do this second part with every upgrade.

It would be great, but i cant do what you have done as i have to check either text or pic 🙁

I have tried using only a 1x1 pixel icon pic but i still get 2 columns..

A custom presentation could be used for this.

Shouldn't this be considered a bug?
Cant see a reason why we have to choose text or icon when using default operation? stranger still that it works for edit but not view..

Is it possible to get a custom presentation looking exactly like a query results frame? I would like to have it look like the rest of my forms, queries etc with the same style on at the top where default caption is? Hope you understand what i mean as this thread has enough pics already 😉
