I've created an function library to render a HTML-snippet using a BO's attribute value (Plain text).
We would like to use this function inside a tag, e.g.:
<<RENDER_ALFRESCO_SELECTOR('myTxt', ThisTest.myTxt)>>
But it as noted in the Rule Language Reference: only "Arithmetic Operations" can be used inside a tag.
The only solution I've found for now is
- adding an extra attribute (set it as "calculated"): myTxtCalc
- add a rule to generate/calculate the HTML-snippet and set this to the extra (calculated) attribute:
Test.myTxtCalc=RENDER_ALFRESCO_SELECTOR('myTxt',Test.myTxt)
- display this calculated attribute on the form using a tag <<Test.myTxtCalc>>
But don't we have any opportunity to create our own "Arithmetic" functions? So I can avoid extra attributes just for visualisation?
