How to generate password

Hi!

Is there any ways to generate password in SystemUsers forms?

Ex, When you create new client (that is system user) do you manually enter password each time?

What I want to make is
1) to autogenerate password, login is taken already from emailaddress.
2) And After systemuser is created automatically send him account details such as url, login and password.

I use a default value then ask the user to change their PW on login: not very secure but good enough for what I'm dealing with. I don't think it would be too hard to create a rule to ad some level on uniqueness to the password instead of a default value.

I just noticed you're emailing the password with the username, so maybe security is not a big issue and default value would be good enough for you.

I thought that there is already such function expression like RANDOM but in UG it is written that its range 0-1 .

One possible solution:
BO.password=BO.ID+x where x any number (ex BO.ID+10102)

To attach rule that will send email to newly created systemuser i think this will work:

If BO IS NEW then
BO.RegState='New'

If BO.RegState='New' then
SEND message TO BO
BO.RegState='Notified'

RANDOM but in UG it is written that its range 0-1 .

To random # with more digits, multiply the random # by 10,000 or some large value.

I have BOs that are members of SystemUser group. All they have password field. I want to uncheck Requires confirmation checkbox but it is not possible because it is grey and protected.
Is there a way to fix it?

I thought that IS NEW means when object being created but not created yet.

I just made it like this:
If Client.AccountStatus='Login not sent' AND Client.LoginName IS DEFINED AND Client.Password IS DEFINED Then
SEND Client_Send_Account_Information TO Client
Client.AccountStatus='Login sent'

But password information received to user in email message is encrypted and displays like bcb64238e0c... and so on.
Why?
