Query Very Slow

Good day everyone..

I have 2 BO.Customer and BO.InvoicePackage

In the BO.Customer - 8k database
In the BO.InvoicePackage - 6K database (reference attribute from BO.Customer)

I created a query Find Customer Information and using the Filter, Customer Name, Identification No...

I created a query Find InvoicePackage and using the Filter, Customer Name,
Identification No...

Now I am at the Find Cusotmer Information, when I enter the Customer Name - "F", the automatically filter those Customer Name with F...

Now I am at the Find InvoicePackage, when I enter the Customer Name - "F", it show "Loading......." for so long... I went out go for coffee and back in 20 minutes... still show "Loading"..... Why?

Where go wrong? Anyone has this type of experience?

What should I do?

1) Have you looked at the logs (standard question)

2) Have you tried to bump memory allocations?

You will have to look at the User Guide and forums for guidance. Settings are in the Control Panel menu.

I have found the problem why I called the Customer Name so slow...

Was changing the memory allocation the fix?

No.. it the attribute short cut...

BO_Customer -> BO_InvoiceHeader -> BO_InvoicePackage

In the BO_InvoicePackage, I create the MyCustomerID. When the Invoice being created. I copy the InvoiceHeader.MyCustomerID to BO_InvoicePackage.MyCustomerID.

BO_InvoicePackage, I created the Shortcut for Customer Name as MyCustomerID.CustomerName...for the filter.. very slow when retrieve the record...

So I changed to CusotmerName Shortcut as "MyInvoiceHeader.MyCustomerID.CustomerName... then ok.
