Looading Form in Same Window

I have an application that I integrated with my Website. I have a process that users click to Submit a request which Load a Form to create a new record. I don't want the form to load as a Popup. this is my link I am using to start the process.

"javascript:AwareApp.startProcess('New_Enquiry_Online','main')"

I want the form to load in the same window not as a popup even though I choose "main" it still load as a Popup.

Processes always run as a popup if they need to enter a new record.
