Another area I'm not sure what the meaning is and there is not a whole lot of documentation on actually how to use the "Guest" access level and perspective. To make it useful was mostly 95% trial and error.
Even though "Guest" is by default "no access" I had to give "Guest" full access to BO's and then mine down into attribute level access to make the functions work, relying on using forms restrictions and BO rules to restrict access rather than the "Access Level" rules listed in the "Access Level" editor.
Very many contradictory and overlapping "rules". There are obviously identical "rules" for the same attributes that can be configured in various "presentations" but no real documentation of which takes precedence.
I've done the developer documentation for many systems and know from experience the developer is the last person you want to do that documentation.
This is a very, very good system but desperately needs an arms length removed tech writer.
