I want to use the CREATE...FOR EACH NUMBER BETWEEN construct, but I need access to the LOOP ITERATION value (the NUMBER). The examples in the manual include one for the "DAY" type, where "Day" is then used as the LOOP ITERATION reference symbol in the attribute assignments for the CREATE:
CREATE Transaction FOR EACH DAY BETWEEN Account.OpeningDate AND
Account.ClosingDate WITH Transaction.AppliedDate=Day
I tried using "Number" in my case to no avail. The system complains about reference to a nonexistent business object "Number." Is there a magic symbol I can use to get access to the NUMBER that is the LOOP ITERATION value?
My intended rule is something like:
CREATE LabRequisition FOR EACH NUMBER BETWEEN AddRequisitionsDriver.StartNumber AND AddRequisitionsDriver.EndNumber WITH LabRequisition.Panel=AddRequisitionsDriver.Panel, LabRequisition.RequisitionNumber=AddRequisitionsDriver.StartString+AS_STRING(Number)+AddRequisitionsDriver.EndString
Thanks in advance,
