Export Business Space Error

Hello!

Im working with AwareIm Version 5.1 with Windows Vista, and I didnt have any trouble until today.

I have been exporting a Business Space, and the file was created correctly. The size of the file is about 1.5mb and then I copy the file to a Dedicated server, where the users can test it.

Today I just not able to do this. I just made some updates and then nothing. Im still able to work with the file, but now it seems that it cannot be updated.

Ok, Honestly, I saw a very old post that said that the problem could be the memory. I have a 4gb ram and core2duo procesor. So I thinked it wasnt the memory.

But it was. hope you can suggest a way to configure my laptop to prevent that in the future.

The amount of memory that your machine has is not enough! You need to allocate adequate memory to the Aware IM components as well (in this case the Configuration Tool). There are multiple posts on this forum about memory and there's more in the Installation Guide
