Good day every one...

I have a Attribute for Address in CustomerBO:

User enter on Address:
BLK 3 NORMANTON PARK 
#04-173 
SINGAPORE 119000

When I put the Address as HTML... it show 3 lines without the

When I print the report. the show on the report.
When I print the mailing list for customer address.. the also show..

How to get ride off on the report not to show the ??

Please help...

I have tried to use the Attribute Address as Plain Text with HTML Format.

Now I entered as:
BLK 3 NORMANTON PARK [Press Enter for Next Line]
#04-173 [Press Enter for Next Line]
SINGAPORE 119000

Result:

The Form of HTML is showed 3 line.
But the Report showed as: BLK 3 NORMANTON PARK #04-173 [Press Enter for Next Line] SINGAPORE 119000 [1 line straight instead of 3 lines]

If I created a Address1 as Plain Text with Standard Format.
BLK 3 NORMANTON PARK [Press Enter for Next Line]
#04-173 [Press Enter for Next Line]
SINGAPORE 119000

Result:

The Form of HTML is showed: BLK 3 NORMANTON PARK #04-173 SINGAPORE 119000 - [1 line straight instead of 3 lines]
The report showed 3 lines.

How to achieve both objective?
1) The Report showed 3 lines
2) The Form HTML showed 3 lines too.

Any best alternative?

I would advise splitting your address into 3 or more attributes, eg BO.Address1 and BO.Address2 etc etc. This gives you much more control for using throughout your system.

It is more work to set up but when you want to do mail merges with word or use in reports you will appreciate the power it gives you, also you can write rules to control the user inputs to keep data clean.

so there is no way another way to do?
AwareIM support... any suggestion?

My client want a Text Box of 300 character for them to enter:
Address1 [Enter]
Address2 [Enter]
Address3 [Enter]
Show on the mailing list and report is 3 lines. that ok.

But show on the HTML is one line:
Address1Address2Address3

If the enter this way:
Address1 
Address2 
Address3 
Show on HTML very good as 3 lines.
Show on the mailing list and report is 3 lines but the show.

It is possible to get ride of when print the report? If yes, then will solved the problem.
