Export Customer

Hello everyone

I have BO: Customer and Reference to BO: Branch
In the BO Customer, I have a short cut called Branch.Name
The customer records are more than 6000.
I am going to export out the customer to csv file.
I wrote a proces:

FIND ALL Customer 
EXPORT Customer TO 'D:\Export\04_Customer.csv' EXCLUDE RELATIONSHIPS

After open the the customer.csv with 6000 row, I found that the Customer.BranchName only show until record 1001 and balance record this column all blank.

But I entered to the live datbaase and check. Each of the still show Branch Name and I can filter it too.

What is the problem here? Anyone can advice me?

To problem solve, I would test by trying to export just a group of the records that have the problem ... say 100 records & see if you get the same problem.

I wonder if it could be some sort of memory issue & IN BATCHES OF X may be needed in the FIND ???

Are you saying I write this way?

But what happen the Number of Customer Record in Pacific Plaza or Carlton Hotel more than 1000?

My suggestion said to problem solve .. wasn't intended to be a 100% solution.

i know that...

FIND Customer WHERE Customer.Branch.Name='Pacific Plaza' 
EXPORT Customer TO 'D:\Export\Customer.csv'

When open the record with 4000.. the branch name of pacific plaza show until record 1001 and stop...

As Tom Said, Try

FIND ALL Customer IN BATCHES OF 100 (or some other number smaller than 1000) This little trick often works
