Query Operations - Applicable to Multiple items

I have a process that I want users to select from a query which row or rows they want to process.

To acheive this I have placed an operation on the form, selected 'Above the list' in Location and selected 'Applicable to Multiple items' in Applicability. This shows the list with a button above the list and a check box next to each row.

I'm assuming that if I now select multiple or all rows and then select the form operation it will then loop through the selected rows running the process on each row.

Is this how it is suppose to work? as it only runs the process on the first row selected, the rest are left untouched.

Sounds like you are headed in the right direction. I assume you have the BO in question listed as a Process Input.

What steps are you performing in your process?

Thanks Tom, Yes there is a process input of BO Task.

The process has two Rules:

called Ask

DISPLAY QUESTION 'Are you sure you want to complete this task.

called Confirm

If Question.Reply='Yes' AND Task.Status='Commenced' Then 
Task.Status='Completed' 
Task.CompletedOn=CURRENT_DATE 
CREATE AuditLog WITH AuditLog.CaseID=Task.WorkID.CaseID,AuditLog.Description='Completed: '+Task.TaskName, AuditLog.Level='Task',AuditLog.Type='Log',AuditLog.WorkD=Task.JobID

I can't see any issues as it works with one selected but not multiple.

I did think this was working previously but maybe I was dreaming.

Have you tried to see if it works without your question & reply lines?

I did a quick test with similar BO and process with a question & everything worked as expected.

Have you looked at the logs?

I removed the questions and had a look at the logs.

I can see that it knows I have selected 2 task:

Executing process Task_Complete with parameters: Task:1907160Task:1907178

It the startes on the last in the list

Starting execution of rules when updating business object Task 1907178

Then processes rules and updates on the its Parent objects then ends

Finished executing process Task_Complete

It doesn't attempt to process the next task

I don't notice a resolution.

I have a similar problem and have posted on it just now under
"aware latest version just got stupid."

I would do two things:

Move the Create into a step of of its own in your process.
in this new step either add FOR EACH for the Create or move it into a sub process passing the BO as a parameter.

Had the same problem. For me solution was to transform 4 rules in a process into 3 separate processes.

Process was
1 FIND smt
2 IF...Do A
3 IF...Do B
4 IF...Do C

transformed to process
1 A
2 B
3 С

where A
1 FIND smt
2 IF...Do A

B
1 FIND smt
2 IF...Do B

C
1 FIND smt
2 IF...Do C
