I have a Machine Running Windows 7 Desktop AwareIM V5.0 and my client has entered the live data already.. I have registered the runtime license already.
Now my Windows 2008R2 Server is ready and I have installed the Runtime License for V5.10. I have received the Runtime license from AwareIM support.
I have read the following:
If you need to transfer you Aware IM license and reinstall it on a different computer, please use the Unregister utility on your current registered Aware IM installation to obtain a replacement product key for the new installation of Aware IM on a different computer. Please DO NOT un-install your current registered version of Aware IM before un-registering it, otherwise you will not be able to obtain a replacement product key for the new installation.
Where is the Unregister utility ?? I search the forum which i could not find any procedure on this. Is anyone know how to do it?
My problem is how do I unregistered the old licence and transfer the live database over to Windows 2008 R2 Machine.
How do I transfer the Existing V5.0 BASEDB to V5.10 BASEDB over?
