I need help
i have setup my client windows 2008 R2 Server. Cn AwareIM run?
i have install the Run Time Client to this Server
On the Server http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logon.html -> can login
Ichange to http://Server:8080/AwareIM/logon.html -> cannot login
I use another pc which connect to the network as htt://10.0.2.5:8080/AwareIM/logon.html -> cannot login
Any seting for the server? the server is set as Domain

should I set the Server as Workgroup better.

I have uninstall the Domain, Now the Server is in Workgroup.

I have install the AwareIM Runtim and able go to Login page:

http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logon.html -> It is able to login

But, I change to: http://server:8080/AwareIM/logon.html -> show blank page on IE. Why?

In the Firewall, I have allowed the port number 8080 already.

Please help.. urgently...

i manage to show the login page:
http://server:8080/AwareIM/logon.html..
after enter admin and password...
show "Loading Page... Please wait....." for so long.......
i come back from wash room still not yet load... any setting I required to do?

I'm running on on Win 2008 server on VPS. I can't address any of the problems you are encountering. To me, the installation was no different than a standards Windows install and run. Can you access your Aware application from the server using operational mode?

I can opne the http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/Logon.html

BUt when I copen http://server:8080/AwareIM/Logon.html

Show the login in form only, after enter the user id and password... nothing show.. I managed to get the error message show..

"Automatic Server could not create object
aware.js
Code 0
URI: http://server:8080/AwareIM/aware_ext/aware.js"

I do not know how to solve it...any firewall or internet security setting I need to setup?

Please help.. I have done 2 days already... but still cannot..

After upgrading to version 5.2 I now have this error too. Anyone found a solution?

Have you refreshed your browser and cleared the browser cache after upgrading? If not, please do it
