VisualPerspective within a primary Visual Perspective

I am overhauling the look and feel of the Quoting business space I have created.

I created a primary Visual Perspective (VP) called ERP with a left bar and top bar similar to the sample Library application as a Member with the HTML links on the left. I want both left and top to stay available all the time. On the HTML links available on the left, I have it pointed to run a process to display a secondary VP called SALES. My problem is when i do this, the primary VP disappears and gets replaced by the secondary VP.

Is it even possible to open a 2nd VP within a primary VP? Or is there another approach to this? Basically what I am trying to do is to keep the left and top bar stay all the time, and the 2nd VP has horizontal menus across the topbar.

Any pointers is appreciated.

You can either repeat your top bar and left bar in the secondary VP, so when the first one is replaced it is transparent to the user or you can also try running a process that uses the DISPLAY LAYOUT action, that would show a particular tab of a visual perspective (in many cases it is like showing the entire VP)

thanks for the quick response. i will try your 1st suggestion of simply repeating both left and top bar. both are static html anyway so that would be an easy setup.
