An E-Invoice, or Electronic Invoice is a commercial document made from the seller to the buyer. Also it is used for TAX issues. So you can send the invoice in a standard format required by the goverment. So when the seller makes a sell, he must send an electronic invoice to the buyer, and then send a copy to the TAX department.
It has a bunch of requierements, like a certificate and a key. You need to make a XML file, that should include the full invoice in string and also digitally sign it. (with the certificate) So it is authenticated
It is a long process, and there are a few source code for sale, but they are in .Net and in Delphi. The Dll are ready to receibe just the string they will make the rest.

Honestly it is a lot of work. And if someone has a solution I would rather save me a lot of time and work.
I know it can be done. I found good people here in this forum like You, Bobk, and Vladimir.
