Transformation of Purchase request to Purchase Order

Hi!
Please can you explain me in common words the concept how can Transformation of Purchase request to Purchase Order be done in Awareim? I am very confused, it is out of my logic. I have already read CaseStudy and 1/4 of UserGuide(reading).

1 step Request from client is submitted
2 step manager sends request to all suppliers who fit category selecting all or some of them from checkboxes.
3 step Suppliers place a bid and then manager choses suitable supplier.
........

So I think there must be 2 BO - PurchaseRequest and PurchaseOrder or smt like this, not sure. And also they must be duplicated in Suppliers,Clients,Manager accounts. So 3 copies?

The basic concept of AwareIM is that if you clearly understand the business needs of a situation & can explain it in words, that decription of the business processes becomes the basis for configuring AwareIM.

You have quite a few details that you need to fill into your description in order for someone to help you configure AwareIM accordingly.

Sorry, but I am not sure what do you mean. The description I made is not enough or is not that it has to be?

Of course I have more detailed description, and moreover I do have described application, I am using it now, and want to replace it with awareim just copying the functionality.
In AwareIm I have created working BOs Clients, Suppliers, Orders and etc. And created relationships between them.
I am not a programmer and cannot understand and may be clearly describe the tender process. But tender is a tender 🙂
