PROTECT FROM USING PROCESS

I have a BO: Estimate that has multiple Processes that can be invoke from the Main/editing form. How do I protect those Processes (hide the icons) if the Estimate.Status is already changed to "order"?

I have a rule at the moment that Protects the Estimate

If Estimate.Stat='Order' Then
PROTECT Estimate FROM ALL EXCEPT System

The rule works and it wont let me modify any of the fields on the form. However, even with this rule, I can still invoke those processes that I show as icons.

Tony,

You should be able to set an Applicability condition for each Operation that will determine whether the Operation link appears or not.
