Providing Context for 'New Tab' from Menu:Create Object

I have a menu item, where

Type = Create Object
Output = New Tab
Name=New Action
Icon=action-icon.png

When I use this function a New Tab is created with the label 'New Tab' and the Default 'lego-like' icon.

Is there any way to have this new tab inherit it's contect from the menu action? So when spawned it would have the title New Action and use the Action icon? I feel like that would be the default behavior.

It should use the icon that you have specified and the proper name. Are you sure it does not?

yes that is definitely happening, retested it this morning.

Looks like at the moment it will always use the pre-defined icon. As far as the title is concerned, you can affect it by specifying custom caption for the form of the object. The tab will always be named with the name of the form caption of the object being created.

That works, thanks. I did also notice thought that if I create a second section and use wizard navigation the title is automatically picked up. Seems like maybe a low priority defect.
