Security via RegularUser BO vs Another BO

Belated Easter Greetings,

When I looked at the BO.RegularUser in the examples I expected to see a related link to BO.Customers or BO.Companies but I was surprised to see AccessLevel & Password columns in the other BO's. I have never seen authentication information stored in two locations

Is the BO.RegularUser created 'by default' so the noob (me) knows what is going on with authentication and I can expand on it or is there a specific reason this BO exists?

RegularUser object is always created by default. It is a member of the SystemUser group. All objects that are members of this group have mandatory user name, password and access level. Thus, you can create your own "users" if you add them to the SystemUser group. Or you can use the predefined RegularUser object.
