Good day for All...
I have the following commission plan
- $15,000 = $300 Incentive
- $22,500 = $400 Incentive
- $30,000 = $600 Incentive
- within the above amount = 0.8%
e.g.
Mr. John Sales Target is $18,000
- Commission = ($18,000-$15,000) X 0.8% + $300 = $324.
Mr. Peter Sales Target is $28,000
- Commission = ($28,000-$22,500) X 0.8% + $400 = $444.
I have setup the BO for the Comission.
Put how do I write the process to compute the comission correctly.
Please advice... thanks.
