Build 1416 says it now has support for themes for the current user. Checked out the documentation but couldn't find what that statement means. Users have always been able to change a theme but it was never retained. Does this mean that a user can select a theme and it is retained next time they log on now? If so how do you set it up?

Yes, themes can now be retained per user. The objects belonging to the SystemUser group now have a new attribute called Theme. This is automatically populated with the existing themes. If you put this attribute on the user's form, the user can choose a particular theme or use a default one.
