V5 - Add User Defined Document missing

In V4.95 we could allow end users to define their own templates.

In V5 - we no longer have this option appearing when we click the Edit menu, and Documents don't have the extra box saying "End User Access"

The V5 User Guide says "To do this, select the Add User Defined Document command in the Edit menu." so I assume it should be possible?

This functionality is only available in the Developer edition. If you are running the evaluation version to test 5.0 you won't find it there.
