Display HTML as Message

HI Is there anyone know how to display Query Result using in HTML document and displaying this result as Message.

I have an HTML document using a Query to display a list of Reminders. When ever there is more than 1 reminder to be display it does not work. it only work when there is 1 reminder exist in the query. Is there any example or HTML script that I can use to show this data in HTML table?
