I have study the CRM Appointment Book, but I need help.

I would like to create an Appointment Book.

Reqired:

Create an appointment for Customer. Therefore when click the Calender Date, the form popup include the Custome Drop Down.
I have create a Customer Object and put on the Appointment Main Form.
Each Appointment might required 1 to 5 employee to do the job together,
I have create an Employee Object. In the Appointment Book, I create EmployeeID (Multiple) .

From the Appointment Form, I can select the Customer Name and Select the Multiple Employee Name who are going to meet this Customer at this particular date and time.

Query:

I have create a Appointment Book Calender which show perfect.
How do I show all the Employee Name using the Schedule?
Do I need to create Business Object Groups?
Do I need to create an Appointment Detail? (Which enter the Employee Name of each Customer Appointment)

I need to know each Employee schedule time and date to meet which customer name in the schedule or by calender (filter by employee name).

Let me know if need further explaination

Can anyone do a demo file for me?

Have you tried to read the manual? Have you seen an example of the schedule in the CRM application?

Hi. Yes. I have study the CRM and see how the CRM being created, and I have created a practice a demo extactually same with CRM to understand how it worked.

According the the CRM, the Appointment is entered 1 Staff Responsibile for Every Appointment. There is a Short Cut for the Staff Responsible Name too.

In the My Appointment form, I have the Customer Name (Drop Down) for user to select the Customer Name.

In the My Appointment form, I have a Employee Tap Form for user to select multiple Employee Name for this Customer at this date and time.

But how to show the Schedule for all the Employee..

Example:
Customer A going to meet Peter and Jane at 0900 to 1000 am
Customer B going to meet Peter and Mary at 1300 to 1400 pm

How to show the schedule for all the employee:

Peter schedule to meet Customer A on 9-10am
Peter schedule to meet Customer B on 13-14am
Jane schedule to meet Customer A on 9-10am
Mary schedule to meet Customer B at 13-14pm

I found the the CRM Schedule for the Appointment Book is created from the query with selected Appointment Object using the Staff Responsible Object.
From that, it is able to show each customer for each Staff Responsile on the schedule.

But my design is 1 Customer has link to Many Employee...

Therefore, do I need to created AppointmentDetail to track the Employee Activity? and how do I show the schedule for each employee.

I think I understand that one of your requirements is to be able to filter the calendar to just show the Appointments of 1 Employee.

Try the following:
1) Create an attribute: RegularUser.SelectedEmployee

Make this attribute: "Save form when selection changes"

2) Create a RegularUser form which shows only this attribute. I usually hide all buttons & eliminate the caption.

3) Create a query: "Appointments for 1 Employee"

This query will use the following FIND:

FIND Appointment WHERE LoggedInRegularUser.SelectedEmployee IN Appointment.Employee

4) In a VP tab,
..a) Top Content Panel: Place he form from #2 above
..b) Bottom Content Panel: Place the query from #3 above.

5) Now as users change their SelectedEmployee, the Calendar will show only that Employee's Appointments

I forgot to mention that the query in #3 above will have to have an Auto Refresh setting that fires upon changes in RegularUser BO.
