process to match fields and create a relation?

hi guys,

we are trying to see if we could use aware to do the following.

create a rule or process which would look at 2 attributes from 2 different BO's
then find matches.

Once a match is found it would create a relation to the matched attribute?

we simply want to create a process which "creates" the 1-n-1 or 1-n-m relationship as a background process.

If you are looking to just find matching instances and add them as references it is dead easy and well documented in the manual:

FIND ObjectB WHERE(ObjectB.AttributeA=ThisObjectA.AttributeA)
ThisObjectA.ObjectB=ObjectB

Or for multiple references->

Insert ObjectB IN This ObjectA.ObjectB

If you are looking to actually define the relationship between the two objects outside of the config tool, this is not possible.
