We have a BO with 100 fields (its a form for a customer to complete). We are trying to calculate a "% complete" for the form, eg if the customer has saved the form with 30 fields done then it will be 30% complete.
The best we can think of is to have a counter attribute in the BO and set it to 100, with a rule like:
IF Form WAS CHANGED
Form.Counter=100
Then have a rule for each attribute saying something like:
IF Form WAS CHANGED AND Form.Attribute1 IS UNDEFINED Then
Form.Counter=Form.Counter-1
This is a little messy, since we need 100 rules in the BO, does anyone have a better suggestion about how to do this - or even a function that we don't know about?
