Starting points for newbie

Hi!

Please help me with these questions, what topics must I read?
I am not a programmer but want to try to make the application below for my business. Now I started evaluating software. What are the best starting points to learn how to make app above. User Guide is 400 pages, It will take a long time to read it. Is there easier way? In opposite video tutorial is too short 🙂

Questions:

1) How to split two or more related business objects in one form-page?
For example, adding new order - Left column must be Order card, Right column must be Customer card
2) What is the best way to make common attributes in different business objects? Ex. Orders type and Suppliers type. Common Type = ServiceA, ServiceB….
3) How to make such process in common? Eprocurement. While new order is created, suppliers that provide the type of service which is chosen in new order card as a type of service, receive notifications (price request) and in their account they see New requests where they submit a price. After that manager select the supplier.
