Hi Everyone

I have create a Term and Customer Object.
In the Customer Object, I have a MyTermID (Drop Down).
I managed to create the Term and Customer data.

I have create a Term CSV file to import to Aware IM.

Term.Code: 30 days; Term.Description: 30 days Term; Term.Days: 30

When I do the CSV file for the Customer...

Customer.Code: A
Customer.Name: Company A
Customer.MyTermID: [What should I enter here in order to pick up the 30 days Term?]

I managed to find the Term ID use by AwareIm for the 30 days Term.

I enter the Customer.MyTermID: 9 [ID for Term], but still not work.

Show error message that cant import in.

I have tried enter: 30 days, also cnt work.

What should I do? Anyone free for discuss..

Hi,
Create a single instance at runtime and then export it. Use the export file to provide the format for the csv and the data for your import.

thanks for your advice... finally i know how to import in but a bit of work.

Hope AwareIM can enhanced the import function.

E.g.
Customer Code: A
Customer Name: A Company
Term: 30 days

With these CSV File. AwareIM should match the Term Code with the Term.Code in the Term Object. That will be perfect rather than need to find the Term ID - Term#615 etc..

I found that during the import, the AwareIM did not take care the duplicate code being imported.

I have a list of all the Term Code, there are 3 Term Code being repeated. But AwareIM import all of them. I have tick the check box "Create record if not found.' Also import the duplicate code to the data.

Any advice on that.. thanks.
