I have no problems in Designing documents of "Report" type. I am trying to create an Excel Report. My report is simple. All i am trying to do is to display a single attribute of all the instances of a business object. I created an Excel template and created a tag <<Project_task_schedule.Task_name>> in the Excel sheet similar to a document template in a report type.
When I try to run it I get an error "server was unable to genarate the document". I need more information for understanding the problem.
I found that in the directory *\AppDataLocal\Temp a folder "DOCS_13Mar2011 12-41-10-476" has been created which contains several Excel sheets one for each instance of the BO. What I am interested in is a single sheet containing data for each instance of a BO similar to what i get with a report type.
