Help I have instaled the purchased version of developer aware IM over the free evaluation and this seems to have totaly mixed everything up. The product ID i found and entered into the aware website generated a product key that the instal doesnt like. I am now asuming the product ID i used was from the trial version and not the purchased version. The problem I have now is the Aware site has the wrong ID and Key locked into it and i cant get the corect Key to activate the software.
Am i missing something obvious ?? I hope so because I have a database to instal at the weekend for a customer and still have to learn how to use the runtime app.
