Protect tuples against delete

I am trying to control the Access level of the tables. I don't find 'Creator full Access Other read only' at the table level. This is available only at the attribute level. I have set all the attributes to 'Creator Full Access and Others Read Only'. I have verified that this works. But I would also like to control the delete operation to be limited to the tuples of the creator only.
Is this possible?

No. You need to protect the delete operation explicitly by adding conditions to it.

That is what i did ultimately by Protecting the delete. But I saw a note in the Delete operation stating that Delete would be permitted only if there is full access on the attributes. This does not work and an user who does not access rights on the attributes is able to delete the tuple
