Overwrite "Add new" default behavior

I have a new one for you.

i tried to overwrite the "Add new" behavior from a combobox with related objects.
I have a BO Call:
Call have a Contact that is the Caller
The process i used to overwrite is this:
ENTER NEW Contact WITH Contact.Type='1' USING 'Form Type 1'
Call.Caller=Contact

When i call the process....it opens the 'Form Type 1'...it includes the Contact BO and then it closes and don't return to the original form of Call BO

1) LogViewer
2) Aware IM Server
3) Tomcat

it says nothing much....everything seems ok....
is there a chance that when i call the ENTER NEW, it closes the original screen?
And if there is, is there any way i can overwrite the "Add new" behavior that was called from another ENTER NEW process?

I tried this, but it doesn't work.
ENTER NEW Call
In the Call form i have a combo box with a "+" button that calls:
ENTER NEW Contact WITH...
Call.Caller=Contact
If Call.ID IS DEFINED Then VIEW Call
If Call.ID IS UNDEFINED Then EDIT Call

If i'm editing it works ok
But if i'm including a new Call, it doesn't open the Form back again
Any suggestions?

This should work in theory. Not sure why it doesn't. The workaround is to implement this as an operation that can be invoked from the form rather than from the Add New button.

How would i do that if operation buttons are only showed BO being inserted?
Is there any way to show a process button in the CREATE FORM?
