EDIT PROCESS and Edit Object different behavior

I have a query that displays a list of BO's [Contact] that may be a Person or a Company.
I have a Edit button next to the item that calls a process EDITCONTACT. This process is:
If ContactType = Person EDIT Contact using FormEditPerson
If ContactType = Company EDIT Contact using FormEditCompany

In both of the forms i have a Operation button that runs a query.

But when the form shows...the operation button is missing.

After lot of tries, i added another button[Edit Object] next to item at the contact list an choosed the form manually just for a test.

For my surprise, the behaviors was completely different.

Using Edit Object button, my Run Query button shows and the form does not open in a new popup.

I tried changing my process to
VIEW COntact using FormEditPerson/FormEditCompany

but still the same.

Why is that different?
How can i solve this?
I need to have only one Edit button that shows different forms depending on the type of contact and still shows my Run Query button in the form.

The EDIT action expects a reply from the user - it is waiting for the user to commit the changes to continue the process. This is why it is displayed in a popup and this is why all operations that can lead the user away from the process are displayed.

This is why the VIEW action was introduced. It is different because it doesn't expect the user to commit the changes (he may or may not change anything in the form). Therefore, the process finishes when the VIEW action displays the form and so the form is not displayed in a popup and all operations are enabled.

Ok,

I read it in another post.
But as i said in my first post.
I've tried using:
VIEW Contact Using FormEditPerson

and it still opens the same way that EDIT opened

If its necessary i can post screenshots or the bsv file.

i have some news!
that was happening because my target was not set properly on the perspective.

But now i have other problem related to that
my process EditContat have 2 actions

first one is :
If Contato.TPO_CONTATO='PJ' Then
VIEW Contato USING 'Form PJ'

Second one is:
If Contato.TPO_CONTATO='PF' Then
VIEW Contato USING 'Form PF'

Every time i run this...
Only the second one runs in the right target.
The first in the condition runs in a modal window

And if i swap the order too.
Only the second one runs ok

Is my process with some kind of problem or its a bug?

Only the last VIEW action will not be displayed in a popup. If the process continues after the VIEW action, it will still be displayed according to the process rules, i.e. in a popup.

Do I understand it right?
If you want to view BO from query
1) Using VIEW in Process
2) There is NOT other processes after VIEW process
you will not be able to see it in pop-up window.?

If you want to view BO from query

2) There is other processes after VIEW process
you will be able to see it in pop-up window but operations in form will not be visible.?

So it is not possible to open form from query using VIEW in custom process in pop-up window with operations in form available?
