Context from process to process

If I "FIND" an instance of an object in Process1 and execute Process2 form Process1 shouldn't the found instance of OBJA be available to Process2? There will only ever be one instance of OBJA.

Process1

FIND OBJA WHERE OBJA.attb > 0

OBJA.attc = 'A'
OBJA.attd = 'D'
Process2

Process2
IF OBJA.attc = 'A'
OBJA.atte='B'

I'm getting the "Possible wrong identifier OBJA is used in path OBJA.attc...." error saving Process2

Based on my experience - no.

We always write variable/s to LoggedInRegularUser.[attribute name] when going from process to process.

I often think it would be nice to have context go from process to process (it sure would clean up our RegularUser BO) but I guess this would cause all sorts of other problems.

On the 'General' tab of Process2, in the 'Process input' area, move OBJA from 'Available types' to 'For this process'. This will put OBJA from Process into context for Process2 and get rid o your error.
