Some sort of licensing problem with either MS Word or ImAwar

I launch a Word document and get the following error:

Internal Error. Quite source: Microsoft Word Description: This method or property is unavailable because the license to use this application has expired.

I looked on the server and ran MS Word (2002) and I see no issue with the license.

This is not an Aware IM message, so it must be MS Word. No idea why.
