Disable BLUE thing in editable table

dwilson837

I have a table allowing editing of referenced objects. Its great. It shows the red and blue tab thingies in the upper left. I find the red ones useful (they appear to mean "dirty" unsaved changes have been made). The blue ones though are not useful and tremendously clutter the display. How can I disable the blue and retain the red.

Thanks,
Dylan

Please provide a screenshot. It's hard to understand which "thingies" you actually mean.

Don't know how to attach. Will email to support.

If anyone else wants to do this here is what support says (it worked):

one way to get rid of the blue triangles is to rename the following file:

AwareIM/Tomcat/webapps/AwareIM/aware_ext/resources/images/edit_cell.gif

You can rename it to whatever you like.

One down side to renaming the file is that the change will have to be made every time you update to a newer version of AwareIM.

I agree , the blue makes the grid look ridiculous

Maybe it would be a good idea to have the image default to a very light grey or even white. This way, one would not have to make changes as it would be more neutral and acceptable
