I have 2 objects. Contact_Activity and Step. Step is the child of Contact_Activity. Contact_Activity has a Comments_History field that I want updated with the contents of Step.Comments when Step.Comments changes/edited.
What is the best approach to updating the Contact_Activity.Comments_History field with data from the Step.Comments field.
