sending email

I wrote a business space to that create quotes for customers. I am trying to enhance it so that i can select existing quotes and email it to the person who created it. Basically I created a single process

PICK from Quote
CREATE Email
SEND Email TO MyUser

I can see the BO Email being created but it is not sending it. I check the system log and I notice the following error.

ERROR -Unable to start e-mail channel for business space ISP. It is possible that SystemSettings object is not initialised.
2010-12-10 11:51:58,878 ERROR -Unable to connect to remote host exchangevin2.niehausinc.com

Any idea what am I missing? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Ok after reading the userguide a bit more, I guess I need to make a notification for the email to go out. I just created the Email BO and create a process to SEND the BO.

I will try that route. I apologize these are all fairly new to me.

You will also need to define your Outgoing Email Settings in System Settings unless they are defined in the Intelligence tab of the BO.
