User Defined Processes

Is the configuration necessary to allow user defined processes and other new features in the documentation somewhere? I've downloaded the 4.9 User Guide and can find nothing.

I assumed that the current user guide on the AwareIM web site is up to date with the new features.

Also, trying to get the new release I'm led to a page requiring me to pay the initial license fee all over again. Anybody else experiencing this?

You do need to make configuration changes to enable user defined processes - this should be mentioned in the new user guide.

Also, note that this feature is optional - you need to pay for it. If you hold an existing license, the feature will not be available unless you pay for it. If you want to see how it works before paying, you need to install the evaluation version separately and test it there.

As far as paying for the license is concerned - you must have paid for your license more than 12 months ago, so if you want to update to the latest version you need to pay the update fee.

Fair enough. I'll get the evaluation and see if it something we can use in our operation.
