Unable to work out how to link the standalone report designer with the BO's in my BS. That is, if I want a user to create a tag element, how do I get the BO's I want to be listed? If I type an element name in it comes up in error of course.

The standalone report designer uses the published (CURRENT) version in the DEFAULT business space.

Thanks, all works well. Last question. Is there anyway to limit the BOs and attributes the user sees? I've done some tests and it does not seem to tie in with BO Access.

Not sure what you need it for, but the only way is to use the standard approach - access level and protection rules

Sorry must be clearer. I meant in the design phase. When running the report yes access and rules are taken into account. However when a user designs their own report I want to hide some BOs and attributes. eg systemsettings BO for one. I dont want a user to know what Ive put there even though it may not print due to access at run time.
