Yes. All you have to do is add a custom query on the presentation dialog for attribute Cause of object CallRecord to constrain values available for selection. The query could look like this:
FIND CauseCode WHERE CauseCode.CallType = CallRecord.CallType
When the user selects a different value for CallType on CallRecord form, the system will automatically execute the custom query for attribute Cause.
If you use presentation option 'Table of items' or 'Tree' for attribute Cause, the custom query should be entered in 'Generate Add Item button' - 'Filter Selection List'. If you use presentation option 'Drop down' or 'List box' for attribute Cause, the custom query should be entered in 'Filter' - 'Filter displayed items' on the right-hand side of the dialog.
