Presentation of reference attribute

We ususally use 'Reference element' dialog box to specify the appearance of referred business objects.

Where can I specify my own defined presentation for the referred business object? ( the presntation is defined for the referred business object)
How can I add processes for the referred business object? ( the process works on business object, not for each instance of the business object. So I'd not like to add process in "Operation with items', I'd like to add the process at the position the same as "Add" and "Add new" button.

I am not sure what you mean
Just define an operation in the presentation of the parent attribute. The icon for the operation will be displayed next to the referred instance and will work with the particular instance of the referred object that the user clicked on.

Thanks for the reply. I should describe the questions more clear.

There is a parent-child relation between two BOs. In parent BO's edit/create form, the child BO is displayed in "Table of items" with the default presentation of the child OB's table.

My questions are:

whether can specify a self-defined presentation for the child BO table displaying in parent BO's edit/create form? and can specify such self-defined presentation for the child BO through 'Reference element' dialog box?
Understand can define an operation in the presentation of the parent attribute and the operation will be displayed next to the referred instance. However, since the operation is not for each instance of child BO, but for all instances in table of child BO, I'd not like to add icon for the operation next to the each child BO's instance. I'd like to add a icon at the bottom/top of the table of child OB, just like at the position of "Add", "Add New", "Delete All" icons.

Yes, you can define a presentation for a referred attribute specific to a particular form only. You need to go to the form, then form section, then edit the attribute on the form section layout and then you can define your presentation for the referred attribute on this form section only. (if I understood your question correctly)
You cannot add an operation to the reference table, but you can add it the toolabar of the parent form. Since the operation will not work with a particular instance of the referred object, it shouldn't really matter whether it's on the reference table or elsewhere - as long as you name it properly...

Yes, you understood my question correctly. I did just as your suggested steps. The problem is: on the form section layout->(presentation)edit dialog box ( i.e 'Reference element' dialog box), there is no any option for specifying the self-defined presentation (I can use this presentation in querys).

No, you cannot use "presentations" on forms.
