Can access Business Space through Firefox on Linux?

I tried to access my business space with Firefox on linux. However it was hanging on 'Loading pages. Please wait...'. Can we use Firefox on Linux for operation mode?

Hi Mojun - and Aware support,

Out of curiosity I tried this and got the same results as you not only on Linux but also on Mac, although firefox on windows worked.

The problem seems to lie with the underlying technology in firefox itself because, when we tried Safari masquerading as firefox it worked fine.

Sorry I don't have time to delve deeper but what I can tell you is that in the case of both the Linux version and the Mac version of firefox, the LoginNotification processes triggered (Aware Logs) before the page froze

Anybody else had any problems?

Hi Aware support,

One quick question - since my server is live and mission critical - I can't afford to find out the hard way. Does the workaround described in the link stop any other browsers working? 90% of my members are IE on windows

No it doesn't. The workaround will work just fine on all browsers. The only issue is that the initial loading time of the page will be slower.

Hi Aware support,

I renamed aware.js to aware_min.js, aware_full.js to aware.js and restarted AwareIM server. But Accessing Business space with firefox on Linux is still hanging on 'Loading pages. Please wait...'.

Did I do correct? Please advice.
