Incoming E-Mails

Hallo,

yesterday i have had a meeting with a Architect Office.
One of their big challenges is the email handling.
Current Situation:
They create plans and has to distribute them (dwg, plt and pdf files)
Sometimes they received as well such plans, and then, the attachments should be stored automatically in the right folders / Business Objects in the system.
Is their a way to automate this with AwareIM?
Has anyone of your experiance with the architect industry and ideas for that?

This can be easily handled in Aware IM. Aware IM can receive e-mails automatically and you can set up rules that will move attachments from e-mail notifications to a business object or a file on disk.
