Starting a Process based on an Attribute Value

We have a Business Object called 'Register', each Register has a set of actions that can be performed which we have created as Processes, eg:

RegisterABAdd, RegisterXYAdd
RegisterABEdit, RegisterXYEdit
RegisterABDelete, RegisterXYDelete
RegisterABView, RegisterXYView
etc...

These actions are stored against the BO and the process that performs the action in a attribute.

Basically we want to start a process from the name held in an attribute the BO.

eg:

START PROCESS BusinessObject.AttributeName

Can this be done?

No, but you could have some Yes/No flags that tell whether certain processes should run.

The problem is that the AwareIM processes are not being started from a menu in a visual perspective, but from a list of customer requests. The system will have hundreds of processes, categorised by topic.

The customer writes/emails a request.
The request is reviewed, and assigned a topic.
When the request is actioned, we only want to display the set of processes applicable to that topic.
The user selects a suitable process for that list, to resolve the request - and the process starts.

How can we do that without hardcoding EVERY process with IF conditions?

I don't see any way to do it without flags that trigger a process running. The flags can be grouped by topic.

Process names are NOT variables, so hardcoding seems to be the only way to me.
