Incoming EMail while running as a service

Has anyone had an issues with Aware not processing incoming emails when running AwareIM as a service?

Loaded from the control panel and incoming email's process.
When ran as a service it doesn't process any incoming emails?

Using latest version: 49 build 1360

Any suggestions? Thanks

Anyone that is running AwareIM as a service.

Can you confirm that incoming email is processing or not?
Will you also include your version and if you've change the default directory, please.

Yup I've got a similar issue - outgoings are fine, but incoming triggers a series of errors in my logs and hangs Aware.

Hi,

I've actually stopped using the incoming mail facility in my app because of the hangs, so I don't have any current log details to provide.

From memory, there was something about invalid whitespace in the email header and the system unable to create the email notification. Then multiple JVM errors happened until the hang.
