Send email to multiple recipients

I have a query which shows Persons and I want to multi-select persons and send the selected Persons an email.

I've made process to send email notifications. If I select one person and then run the SendEmailToPerson process, it works fine. When I click multiple persons (with the checkbox) only the first is used. How do I make a loop to send an email to every person selected?

My SendEmailProcessToPerson process is as follows:

Process input: Person

CREATE MyMessage WITH MyMessage.Subject='Test', MyMessage.Message='This is a test'
SEND MyMessage TO Person

Pick One or More From [your query name]

SEND MyMessage TO Person

No, this is not the solution. The Pick causes to fire the query again.

I executed the Person query, so I already see a list of persons and click a few. After selecting these Persons, I just want to press "Send Email" and the mail is send to them.

With the Pick from, another Person list is shown first and that is not what I want of course.

You probably want to make a process using the query selection

FIND OBJA WHERE ........

CREATE ....... FOR EACH OBJA WITH .......

Hi robleer,

I've found through trial and error that if you want to use pick or pick one or more from, then you have to keep the SEND within the same process.

So you can either use

Pick one or more from .....
Create ....
Send.....

Or CREATE
PICK ONE OR MORE FROM
SEND

It doesn't really matter as long as they are all in the same process.

I have a similar process which uses

ENTER NEW .....
PICK ONE OR MORE FROM ....
SEND
