So How do I retrieve a BSV from expired trial version? Get extension to the demo? Error message says product id 2cb0f2bb64595933ee05
aware_support You cannot extract the version from the expired trial unless you purchase the software.
james.agada II already have a license for my developers. Can I retrieve the BSV in the licensed application installation or is this BSV permanently lost? My role is to mock product ideas before turning over to the developers. AwareIM is good for that but I do not need my own license since I only use it once in a while.
aware_support You need a license for this particular installation. If it's another server compared to the one you already paid for, you need to purchase a license for this server, otherwise there is no way to retrieve the BSV
