Print query result to a Document Template

I have this query that I run base on specific Parameter that is receive from a form call "Date Range". this is the rule

FIND Charter WHERE Charter.ResState=DateRangeParam.CharterStatus AND Charter.StartTime>=DateRangeParam.StartDate AND Charter.StartTime<=DateRangeParam.EndDate ORDER BY Charter.Subject

After the query loaded and I am viewing the info on the screen, I want to have a button that will print the result of this query to a Document/Report Template

how can I accomplish this without calling the DateRangeParam form each time?

I just want to create a button that say "Print" that print this result to a Document

You can gather the date range info in a RegularUser form, then refer to LoggedInRegularUser attribute in both the on screen query and the report.

I am not familiar with another way.

I'm not sure why you believe this method is hard. You could just replace your current form with a RegularUser form.

Set up your report with "Determine at Run time" selected as the "data shown in report"

Create the button for your list that simply does DISPLAY DOCUMENT (report name)

Because the query results should still be in context, the report should fire.

This is like running the report all over again. If the query already have the result I need why the application cannot just use the found set?
What does AwareIm do with the result after it loads it in the query? does this result store someplace else if I cannot use that same result and run the report with the current found set?

What rocketman suggests is exactly what you want. Your query will put found instances into the Context and the report will iterate over instances in the Context.
