IF function in Query

I have this query that I want to show data base on a specific criteria

this is my rule, is it correct because it not working

If AllDataDateRangeParam.AllData='No'
Then
FIND Charter WHERE Charter.EndTime>=DateRangeParam.StartDate AND Charter.EndTime<=DateRangeParam.EndDate AND Charter.BaseName=LoggedInSystemUser.DefaultBase ORDER BY Charter.EndTime
Else
FIND ALL Charter ORDER BY Charter.DateBooked ASC

The IF THEN ELSE structure is not working is there an other way around this?

The rule seems OK. Check your values. It should work.
